Project planning is the basic part of a project management job.At first, the project scope (the appropriate methods for completing the project) will be determined. Following this step, the time durations for the various steps necessary to complete the work are listed in a grouped manner. Then by an activity network diagram, the logical dependencies between tasks will be defined.Scheduled time can be calculated using various project management tools ( Planning / estimation Software ).Then required resources can be planned and the costs for each activity can be allocated to each resource.It gives the total project cost ( expendicture).
